There’s a buzz surrounding the Evergreen Tattoo Invitational, and it’s not just the sound of tattoo needles. Last February’s inaugural convention brought tattoo artists from around the world to Springfield’s Willamalane Center for Sports and Recreation. This year a tattooist from California who wasn’t invited to the 2015 show tried to hack his way in.
